1700 residues? That seems awfully small for an entire virus (an average protein is about 300 amino acids).
Followed the link and it looks like it's just one gene from H1N1, for the hemagglutinin protein.

Flu Viruses. Gotta catch em all!
Actually I am curious as I thought Influenza was an RNA virus. So I was expecting to see U rather than T in the genetic code.
